Allied Health Rural Generalist Training Positions:
Invest in Rural and Remote Health Workforce and Service Development
SARRAH is actively seeking new partnerships and alliances that support the health and wellbeing of rural and remote communities by training a highly-skilled and fit-for-purpose rural and remote health workforce.

Allied health rural generalist (AHRG) Training Positions support the graduate/early career practitioner to develop relevant skills to meet the health needs of rural and remote communities. Where workforce shortages are acute, AHRG Training Positions can improve attraction, recruitment and retention, and build the capabilities of allied health professionals and the multidisciplinary team.

Leadership scholarship sponsorship

SARRAH has a strong partnership with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation. Together we have created a short-course leadership program that assists participants to develop their toolkit of leadership skills. The opportunity exists to sponsor a developing leader to undertake the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
