Discuss with confidence what a successful AHA model of care looks like in a rural and remote setting – and articulate what it takes to make this successful.
Design an AHA model of care that is context-driven, effective, sustainable and has built-in evaluation processes for continuous improvement.
Clearly articulate and establish supports for the AHAs and the AHPs who are part of the new model.
Implement an AHA model of care in a way that meets the business objectives and the consumer need of the service.
