South West Hospital and Health Service has a temporary opportunity for a Speech Pathologist Senior to join the St George Community and Allied Health team.

Your opportunity
The Speech Pathologist – Senior is a senior allied health professional and who uses high-level clinical skills and expertise, to provide evidenced base coordinated care across the broad continuum of health care, spanning paediatric (neo-natal to preschool age) and adult patients (including acute care and rehabilitation).

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (with other Queensland Health, government and non-government service providers) in the case management of clients to deliver high quality therapy, across the continuum of care, from local and outreach inpatient to outpatient and community-based service delivery, linking to metropolitan clinical services and utilising flexible innovative models of care to adapt to cultural and geographical barriers and limited community-based support.
