Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Let us support you to expand your skills or try something new! Come and join our Therapy team at Aspire who are renowned for its quality Early Intervention Services that aim to positively impact the lives of children with disabilities and their families. Located in the Albury/Wodonga region, our Early Intervention Service is a purpose built facility which includes group rooms, therapy rooms (with observation windows and sound system), and plenty of office space. We also have an extensive range of assessments, therapy equipment and resources.

 Our Early Intervention Team use a transdisciplinary Key Worker Model of service delivery and aim to positively impact the lives of children with disabilities and their families.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  •  Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • An interest for or experience in working to support children with a disability and their families as well as an understanding for complex needs
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport and relationships with clients, carers, staff and eternal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Effective written and communication skills, time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy skills
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver’s License
  • High level of enthusiasm and positive attitude
