Capability Health has multiple positions available. We are seeking a Speech Pathologist, an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist to become part of our family.

PACKAGE: Ranging $80k - $120k

REQUIREMENTS

Suitable applicants must:

• Be able to work independently
• Enjoy working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds
• Be outgoing, adaptable and thrive in living remotely
• Have a client centred approach that is both professional and empathetic.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
• Drivers licence and ability to obtain QLD driver’s license
• Current police record check and blue card or ability to obtain
• Current registration with Physiotherapy Board AHPRA
• Proven working experience as a Physiotherapist
• Ability to work independently with a complex clinical caseload
• Work within the organisation's vision, beliefs and policies to deliver high quality, skilled Physiotherapy services in line with evidence base accreditation frameworks.

 Advantageous:

• Confident in using different forms of technology such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Dry needling qualifications
• Ability to think laterally and adapt assessment and treatment to suit remote localities with potentially limited resources
• Physiotherapy generalist, with a broad range of skills across musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory and paediatrics case loads
• Experience in pre-employment medical in the mining sector
• NDIS experience in providing individualised care, health and wellbeing management plans to reach client goals.
