• Indicative Total Remuneration: $88,075 - $102,504 (pro rata) - AHP2; $101,489 - $111,329 (pro rata) - RN2A - Temp P/T (18.75 hrs p/wk, up to 30/6/2019)
As a coordinator of the Early Childhood Services multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of responsive Child Health and Development (CHAD) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clinical services, therapy activities and programs, plans and data reporting and revenue generation monitoring consistent with the Country Health SA Model of Care. These will be based on Country Health SA and Riverland Mallee Coorong strategic and operational plans. You will play a pivotal role in providing support and mentorship to the CHAD/NDIS multidisciplinary team of staff with a primary health care focus, participating in clinical teaching, overseeing learning experiences and goal setting for students, new staff and staff with less experience. For appointment at the AHP2 level, you must hold a recognised qualification within a relevant Allied Health profession, and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association. For appointment at the RN2A level, you will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. With prior experience in a nursing management and leadership role, you will be confident in the leadership and direction of student nurses, Enrolled Nurses and less experienced Registered Nurses.
