SARRAH welcomed the opportunity to provide a submission to the Community Consultation on the National Digital Health Strategy (NDHS). SARRAH sought input from members on the NDHS and this submission reflects that feedback.
SARRAH has prepared a position paper on Allied Health Professions and Rural Generalism. It is intended to define the scope of rural generalism in Allied Health Professions including career pathways, required skills and other key areas of particular relevance to rural communities.
SARRAH has prepared a position paper on Models of Care. It is intended to demystify rural and remote allied health services for interested stakeholders, increase understanding of current models and identify how they might be further developed to improve health outcomes in rural Australia.

In July 2015, SARRAH prepared a review of their position statement on the Medicare Benefits Schedule and Allied Health. This was used to present SARRAH's view at the MBS Review Stakeholder Forum in Canberra on 8 July 2015.
