To support the aims of SARRAH and contribute to the improvement of rural and remote health outcomes you can either join as a student member, full member or corporate member of the organisation. We also invite individuals and organisations to contribute to specific projects and activities.

Student Membership

Student membership is open to individuals who are studying an allied health discipline that will lead to a career in allied health. Student members receive full voting rights and are eligible for election to the Board or SARRAH Advisory Committee.

Membership eligibility: All students enrolled in an allied health course

Annual membership fee: $30

Full Membership

Full membership is open to individuals who support that aims of SARRAH and want to partner with the the organisation. Full members receive full voting rights, become eligible for election to the Board or SARRAH Advisory Committee, subscription to the Australian Journal of Rural Health and Subscription to SARRAH publications. 

Membership eligibility: Open to allied health professionals and individuals

Annual membership fee: $150

Corporate Membership

Corporate membership is open to all commercial and non-profit organisations who support the aims of SARRAH and want to partner with the organisation.

Corporate members receive access to a range of benefits including access to SARRAH's advocacy functions, engaging in SARRAH forums that bring industry, practitioners and researchers together and have the opportunity to participate in the development of SARRAH submissions, position and policy papers. 

Through corporate membership, SARRAH is looking to recognise the importance of industry in local communities by providing an opportunity to contribute to SARRAH's activities and assist allied health professionals who live and work in rural and remote Australia.

Tier 1 Corporate Membership

Membership eligibility: Open to organisations with less than 20 staff

Annual membership fee: $2750

Tier 2 Corporate Membership

Membership eligibility: Open to organisations with more than 20 staff

Annual membership fee: $5500

Partnership Opportunities

Donate, sponsor or work with SARRAH

There are a number ways you can support SARRAH beyond becoming a member of the organisation, making a donation, sponsoring a SARRAH event or providing pro-bono services to the organisation. SARRAH has been endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a deductable gift recipient and charitable institution.

Donated contributions are vitally important in securing the funding that  we need in order to achieve our goal of positively improving the allied health care experience in rural and remote Australia for both professionals community members.

Sponsorship opportunities also exist for our upcoming 2016 conference, to be held in Port Lincoln in South Australia. Sponsorship packages range from $10,000 to $40,000

SARRAH is currently developing a number of projects including a mentoring program, workforce study and engaging a communications officer. Pro-bono support for these and other priority areas will significantly contribute to the aims of the organisation
